City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an organized Enterprise Account Management support professional in the United States. The role focuses on maintaining CRM accuracy, coordinating work orders, and prioritizing high-value clients and time-sensitive requests.

You will navigate procurement platforms (Ariba, Coupa, ServiceChannel) to keep orders moving, build reports with Excel, Power BI, and CRM data, and analyze trends to flag risks.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management support, operations, or business analysis, preferably in a B2B or enterprise service environment.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and advanced formulas, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) and reporting/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to turn complex data into useful insights.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate work order updates.
• Navigate procurement platforms (Ariba, Coupa, ServiceChannel) to move work orders and accounts forward.
• Build recurring and ad hoc reports using Excel, CRM data, and Power BI.
• Analyze service issues and account performance to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare quarterly business review materials with spend, performance, and metrics.
• Support QBR calls with real-time data and post-call documentation.
