Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Account Support to co-manage assigned accounts in partnership with the Enterprise Account Manager. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and internal SMEs to deliver excellent service.

This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying improvements, and supporting onboarding of new clients. Periodic business reviews and KPI monitoring are parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Defining business problems and using data to develop practical solutions.
• Ability to read and interpret complex business/technical documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Experience collaborating with managers/directors and presenting to groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships within the EAM assigned accounts.
• Work with EAM to support sales, operations, IT, accounting, and executive teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Gather information from various levels to identify problems and potential solutions.
• Assist in researching and providing solutions for process and service improvements.
• Help develop new relationships with accounts through networking and opportunities.
