Job summary

Lumen is seeking a senior commercial leader to own growth across large, potentially global enterprise accounts. You will translate customer business priorities into measurable outcomes supported by Lumen’s network, cloud, security, and managed services portfolios.

As the senior commercial lead, you will shape account strategy, negotiate terms, mobilize cross-functional resources, and advise executives. Your grasp of customer economics and market dynamics will establish you as a trusted expert

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise sales experience with quota attainment.
Experience acquiring and expanding large enterprise accounts and closing complex, multimillion-dollar deals.
Broad expertise across business drivers, enterprise tech markets, and buying environments.
Demonstrated authority in structuring product/service/pricing/contract terms with senior leaders.
Technical fluency to lead credible discovery and direct technical teams.

Responsibilities

Own and execute a self-directed strategy for a portfolio of large accounts.
Build qualified pipeline through executive relationships and channel partners.
Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to close, including pricing and procurement.
Mobilize cross-functional resources to meet customer business priorities and expansion opportunities.
Develop quantified business cases showing value, ROI, and cost of inaction.
Plan and manage account resources with sales, delivery, and partner teams.
