Job summary

Persado is seeking a Senior Account Manager to be the primary contact for 2-5 Enterprise accounts in Financial Services. This remote role is on the East Coast, with occasional travel to DC, NC, and NY to client sites.

You will drive adoption of Persado’s platform, build strong stakeholder relationships, plan and present Quarterly Business Reviews showing ROI, and identify expansion opportunities through data-driven account plans and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for 2-5 Enterprise accounts in Financial Services.
• Plan, lead, and present Quarterly Business Reviews showing ROI and surface expansion.
