Persado, a Marketing AI platform, is seeking a Senior Account Manager on a remote East Coast role with travel. You will manage 2-5 large enterprise accounts, drive adoption, and identify expansion opportunities while collaborating with sales, product, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities include leading quarterly business reviews, developing account plans, and acting as a strategic advisor on Persado products. Travel ~20-30% to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management for enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to retain and grow enterprise accounts.
• Willingness to travel to client sites regularly.
• Strong analytical skills to calculate ROI and report results.
• Experience with marketing programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for 2-5 Enterprise accounts in Financial Services.
• Lead QBRs to demonstrate ROI and surface expansion opportunities.
• Develop account plans aligned to quarterly and annual goals.
• Advise on Persado products, onboard users, and drive adoption.
• Own issue resolution and identify process improvements.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders; travel ~20-30%.
