Job summary

Payscale is seeking an Account Manager, Enterprise I, to drive growth within a designated book of business. You will close growth opportunities in the Payscale Enterprise segment, engaging compensation-centric HR professionals and C-suite executives who are current Payscale users.

We look for business athletes who are hungry, humble, and smart, with strong presentation skills and a track record of revenue growth across an existing customer base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software sales experience.
• Experience selling to HR and HRIS/compensation domains is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to prospect and close opportunities with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Create, drive, and close revenue Upsell opportunities within a defined book of business.
• Develop and deliver territory business plans with sales leadership input.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Forecast pipeline and maintain account plans in Salesforce.
