HR Acuity in Florham Park, NJ is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, targeting executives and VPs at large organizations. This role is remote with periodic in-person collaboration.

You will leverage MEDDPICC, Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Gong, and other tools to build a multi-stakeholder pipeline, exceed quota, and drive strategic conversations with HR, Legal, ER, and C-Suite buyers.

Formación

• 4+ years in a SaaS sales role.
• 2+ years in an Enterprise sales role.
• CRM experience required; Gong Engage a plus.
• Demo experience required; sales training a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and identify new enterprise opportunities with focus on large organizations (6,000+ employees).
• Generate your own pipeline with SDR and Marketing support.
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle—from discovery through negotiation and close.
• Build, manage, and exceed quota with a strong forecast.
• Run multi-stakeholder deals using MEDDPICC to keep complex deals on track.
• Engage stakeholders with consultative selling and frame HR Acuity's value.
