The role emphasizes leadership in enterprise selling, talent development, and fast-paced execution within a world-class organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in enterprise software sales.
• 6+ years in enterprise software sales (selling to 500+ employees).
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and lead them to success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 8 enterprise account managers, driving revenue targets and building accountability.
• Coach and develop your team daily, track KPIs, run deal reviews, and elevate territory strategy and value-based selling.
• Develop and execute tactical account penetration strategies including account mapping and stakeholder engagement with large enterprises.
