Job summary

Gh Logistics is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to own major dedicated freight accounts end to end, overseeing preload operations and trailer pool health. You will manage service metrics, carrier compliance and recovery, building strong relationships with customer transportation contacts and facility leadership.

In this in-office role, you’ll identify issues before they impact performance and collaborate with Operations, Sales, Maintenance and leadership to drive growth and improvements

Qualifications

• Experience managing dedicated freight and high-volume accounts.
• Experience owning enterprise transportation accounts end to end.
• Understanding of trailer pool operations and dock assignments.
• Ability to identify performance trends and resolve operational problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise transportation accounts from daily execution through long-term performance.
• Own freight coverage, on-time delivery, service metrics and carrier compliance.
• Monitor carrier performance, detention submissions and accountability.
• Oversee trailer pool health, dwell time and drop-yard discipline.
• Build relationships with customer contacts and facility leadership.
• Act as primary contact for operational concerns and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Maintenance and leadership to improve performance.
