Job summary

Amazon Freight is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own the operational relationship with our largest enterprise shippers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to drive resolution and lead executive-level communications when issues arise, ensuring service level commitments are met.

You will manage performance narratives, drive improvement initiatives, and influence customer operations to optimize inputs and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise customer operational relationship across all freight modes (TL, IMDL, LTL).
• Identify systemic operational defects using performance dashboards and customer feedback.
• Coordinate cross functional teams to resolution and align on the path forward.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and produce recovery plans during performance degradation.
