Job summary

Rhombus is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead our US enterprise expansion. You will own a Western territory, build a self-sourced pipeline, and close multi-stakeholder deals through our channel partner network.

You will apply MEDDPICC rigor, manage executive relationships, and forecast accurately while collaborating with Solutions Engineers for tailored demonstrations. This remote role requires up to 50% travel across North America.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience and quota attainment.
• Proven success closing $100K+ ARR enterprise opportunities.
• Experience selling through resellers and channel partners.
• Strong ability to navigate complex buying processes with executives.

Responsibilities

• Own Western enterprise account territory with self-sourced pipeline.
• Lead full sales cycle from discovery to close with multi-stakeholder deals.
• Build executive relationships at VP and C-levels in enterprise accounts.
• Apply MEDDPICC rigor to qualify opportunities and forecast accurately.
• Drive channel partner collaboration for co-sell opportunities.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and provide accurate pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers for tailored demos and POCs.
