Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth with 5,000+ employee customers, across Manufacturing and Retail/Consumer Goods, aligning Salesforce investments with client objectives and leading strategic collaborations with senior stakeholders.

You will manage long-term account plans, coordinate internal resources, and uncover whitespace opportunities while expanding relationships and generating new business through warm leads and proactive prospecting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 5 years in enterprise sales.
• Demonstrated experience managing and growing large enterprise accounts.
• Ability to strategize and collaborate with a large, extended internal team.
• Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, trusted relationships with key team members and C-suite decision makers across your assigned accounts, helping customers maximize the value of their Salesforce investments.
• Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy, aligned to customer business objectives, while coordinating internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs.
• Perform account planning at assigned accounts, partnering with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Share the Salesforce value proposition to drive growth within existing accounts and generate new business through both warm leads and prospecting.
