Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own a defined territory, build pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model. You will craft tailored narratives and live demos linking Elastic capabilities to measurable business outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years closing enterprise SaaS deals, strong MEDDPICC or equivalent discipline, and proven negotiation chops to secure multi-year, high-ACV contracts while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise SaaS deals.
• Demonstrated ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks to drive disciplined pipeline.
• Track record of executive-level presentations and demos linking product to value.
• History of landing multi-year, high-ACV contracts with strong margins.
• Comfort discussing observability, security, cloud economics, and data architectures.
• Collaborative mindset, receptive to feedback and Elastic values.
• Appreciation for open-source communities and Elastic model (bonus if OSS context).

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and build pipeline with outbound cadence.
• Conduct discovery to uncover pain, budget, and decision criteria.
• Deliver tailored value narratives and live demos mapping Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
• Collaborate to build formal close plans and maintain forecast accuracy.
• Lead high-stakes contract and pricing discussions and close multi-year commitments.
• Speak fluently about cloud economics and modern data architectures.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
