Conterra Networks is looking for an Account Executive to drive enterprise sales in Lafayette, LA. You will cultivate relationships with large accounts, prospect daily, and guide multiple deals through the pipeline in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience; full life cycle enterprise sales or carrier experience a plus.
• Experience prospecting enterprise organizations and engaging stakeholders.
• Ability to develop opportunities in new accounts and expand revenue in existing accounts.
• Consistently overachieving sales goals in a large geographic territory.
• Desire to win new customers and increase revenue.
• Coachable, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to learn the product suite.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain key B2B relationships with large enterprise accounts.
• Conduct daily field prospecting and maintain a hunter mindset.
• Develop and lead sales pipeline, prospecting, and multi-deal management.
• Maintain knowledge of assets in the territory to optimize marketing and selling.
• Serve as primary contact with customers and ensure issue resolution.
• Collaborate with sales engineering and business development teams on strategy.
