Job summary

Brighterway is hiring its first Account Executive on the claims side to sell the Brighterway claims platform to third-party administrators, carriers and self-insured employers. You will own the full cycle: sourcing, discovery, demo, pilot, procurement, security review and close.

You will work directly with the founders and the claims team that builds the product. You will build a pipeline, run discovery and demos, navigate procurement and security reviews, forecast accurately, and bring customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling for a TPA or claims administration to TPAs, carriers and self-insureds.
• Proven track record beating quota with measurable numbers.
• Existing relationships with claims leadership at TPAs, carriers and self-insured employers.
• Fluency in workers' compensation and casualty claims operations.
• Comfort selling a new category through a long enterprise cycle.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a pipeline of TPA, carrier and self-insured accounts from first call to signed agreement.
• Run discovery and demos with claims leadership, operations and IT, and scope pilots.
• Navigate procurement, legal and security reviews alongside our team.
• Carry and beat a quota, forecast accurately, and keep the CRM current.
• Bring customer feedback back to product and help shape what we build next.
