Job summary

Brighterway, Inc. is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to adjudicate workers’ compensation claims on our platform and provide detailed feedback to engineers on screen functionality and workflow decisions.

You will manage cases from intake to resolution, review AI-generated outputs, and help define reserve and return-to-work practices while collaborating with customers’ adjusters during onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of workers' compensation claims handling.
• Active adjuster license in at least one state, or eligibility to obtain one quickly.
• Multi-state experience; federal programs experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims from intake through resolution.
• Review AI-generated summaries, chronologies and risk flags, and correct them.
