Brighterway builds AI-native claims software and administration for casualty claims, starting with workers' compensation medical-legal review. You will lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to formal agreement, collaborating directly with founders and the claims team.

The role demands success in a fast-moving, remote-enabled environment across the US, with travel and periodic SF office visits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling to a TPA or adjacent services.
• Proven track record of beating quota with numbers.
• Existing relationships with claims leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a pipeline from first call to signed agreement.
• Conduct discovery and demos with claims leadership, operations, and IT.
• Scope pilots that prove value on real files.
