Job summary

Camunda is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across key verticals in CEE in a fully remote role. You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals and collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to turn ambitious digital transformation goals into measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years selling complex IT products to enterprise buyers, with MEDDIC/MEDPICC experience, C-level engagement, and a proven track record of pipeline generation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Enterprise software sales with large customer quotas.
• 5+ years selling complex IT products to IT and business leaders.
• Fluent English; Polish or Czech language skills are a plus.
• Experience applying MEDDIC or MEDPICC and value selling.
• Proven ability to engage C-level buyers in Enterprise accounts.
• Track record of building and leading account plans remotely.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow enterprise accounts across assigned verticals in CEE from first engagement to long-term partnership.
• Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles aligning technical, business, and procurement perspectives.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partners to deliver cohesive account strategies.
• Position Camunda’s value around process orchestration and automation to executive and technical audiences.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline while forecasting accurately and transparently.
• Advise customers through modernization, compliance, and large-scale automation initiatives.
