Job summary

Spectrum Search partners with an early-stage, high-growth AI company building an insurance platform. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close, in a role that is remote across the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as an Enterprise AE in fast-scaling B2B SaaS startups.
• Proven track record closing high-ACV enterprise deals ($250K+ ARR).
• Experience selling insurtech to insurers or brokerages.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders including C-suite.
• Demonstrate the platform to senior decision-makers and map business value.
• Close large, multi-stakeholder deals and hit enterprise revenue targets.
• Develop and execute account plans with cross-functional support.
• Define enterprise go-to-market strategy and sales stages.
• Collect customer feedback to inform product roadmap.
