You close the first deal, then set customers up for expansion within 30 days. This IC closer role requires autonomy, credibility with senior buyers, and a bias for action.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of quota-carrying sales closing multi-stakeholder deals.
• Track record of hitting or beating quota, not just activity metrics.
• Real estate, data center, energy or infrastructure exposure is a strong plus.
• Comfort selling to senior buyers: heads of acquisitions, development directors.
• Outcome-first, consultative selling style.
