Spotify is seeking an Account Executive - Enterprise to drive new business on the Enterprise team. The role focuses on large organizations (1,000+ employees) with complex engineering environments and multi-year deals.

The position offers hybrid work in New York City or San Francisco, with travel up to 30% and a base salary range plus equity. The candidate will build account plans, form deep relationships with senior leaders, and partner across Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer

Qualifications

5+ years in quota-carrying enterprise software sales.
Experience selling to large organizations and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with 1,000+ employee accounts.
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, product leaders).
Build strategic account plans and multi-threaded relationships for long-term growth.
Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to close new business and expand existing relationships.
Travel up to 30% to meet customers in the regional market.
