Job summary

Camunda is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to build the Dutch Government market. This territory‑building role combines commercial ownership with public‑sector credibility to guide complex buying groups, from initial conversation to procurement, negotiation and expansion across government accounts.

You will engage senior civil servants and transformation leaders, translating priorities into a compelling value case for process orchestration and agentic automation, while navigating formal

Qualifications

• 5+ years of success in a quota‑carrying enterprise software or SaaS Account Executive role, owning complex deals end to end.
• Experience selling into the Dutch Government or regulated public sector with procurement, security, legal, governance requirements.
• Track record of creating pipeline through proactive outbound activity and multi‑stakeholder opportunities.
• Strong command of MEDDICC, qualification rigor, and accurate forecast.

Responsibilities

• Own the Dutch Government territory with a clear account and coverage strategy.
• Build and maintain a healthy, self‑generated pipeline with at least 2.5x coverage.
• Lead end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycle: discovery, value, procurement, negotiation and close.
• Develop relationships across CIOs, CTOs, transformation leaders, enterprise architects, and sponsors.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data as the single source of truth.
• Coordinate cross‑functional account teams and ecosystem partners.
• Identify adjacent processes, departments, and use cases for expansion.
