MaintainX is seeking an Enterprise Account Director to own the end-to-end sales process across a defined US territory. You will close complex, multi-site enterprise deals and drive new-logo growth while managing a robust pipeline and forecasting with precision.

You will present to COOs, VPs of Operations, and Maintenance leaders, demonstrating the value of uptime and asset performance. A BA or higher is required, with 7+ years in enterprise B2B software sales.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience is required.
• Track record of closing enterprise deals in large organizations.
• Experience conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Own new-logo enterprise growth across a designated US territory from discovery to signature.
• Build and manage your own pipeline with targeted prospecting.
• Presentations including discovery calls, product demonstrations, and closing calls.
