Job summary

MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform serving industrial and frontline teams. We are seeking an Account Director to close and manage Enterprise accounts in the North East US, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to signature.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will drive multi-site deals, build territory plans, and forecast with precision. You will engage COOs and operations leaders, articulate ROI, and leverage Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.

Qualifications

• 7+ years closing enterprise B2B software deals.
• Proven full-cycle sales experience in large, complex organizations.
• Strong discovery calls and product demos experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise sales from prospecting to signature.
• Build and manage your own pipeline with targeted prospecting.
• Lead discovery calls, product demos, and closing conversations.
• Forecast monthly and quarterly deals with +/-15% accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing and BDR to accelerate pipeline.
