• Coordinate care and communicate with patients to ensure plan adherence.
• Assist with data collection related to productivity and resource utilization.
• Facilitate billing support and care coordination as needed.
• Register patients and schedule appointments.
• Provide patient education materials as needed.
• Maintain relationships with patients, staff, and external departments.
• Respond to inquiries about practice operations and follow up on patient testing and prescriptions.
