Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages schedules to optimize resources including providers, rooms and equipment.
• Coordinates clinic templates and care alternatives when changes occur.
• Communicates with patients and staff to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Assists Practice Manager with data collection and analysis related to physician productivity and resource utilization.
• Facilitates resolution of billing errors and denials, including obtaining pre-certifications or referrals.
• Registers patients and schedules or coordinates appointments.
