Responsibilities

• Oversee the service experience for all patients and optimize use of practice resources.
• Manage schedules to maximize resources including providers, rooms and equipment.
• Assist with data collection and analysis related to physician productivity and resource utilization.
• Communicate with patients and staff to ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
• Register patients and coordinate appointment scheduling; provide patient education materials.
