Georgia Southern University is seeking a Director of Enrollment Technology & Analytics to lead the strategic use of technology, data, analytics, and business processes across undergraduate and graduate enrollment management. The role focuses on optimizing recruitment, admissions operations, and the student experience through data-informed decision-making.

The position serves as the division's expert for Technolutions Slate CRM, developing queries, dashboards, and workflows while collaborating

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Higher Education Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Five years of experience supporting enrollment technologies, CRM, data analytics, business intelligence, or admissions operations.
Experience with Technolutions Slate CRM and building complex queries, dashboards, and reports.
Experience translating operational needs into scalable technology solutions and business process improvements.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic business lead for enrollment technologies supporting undergraduate and graduate recruitment, admissions, and enrollment management.
Develop, analyze, and interpret enrollment data, CRM analytics, and recruitment metrics to inform decisions.
Design, develop, and maintain Slate queries, datasets, dashboards, reports, prompts, and visualizations.
Collaborate with partners to improve data quality, system integration, reporting capabilities, and operational effectiveness.
Provide consultation and training on Slate functionality, analytics, and best practices.
