Reporting to Enrollment Management Services, you will use data-driven insights, collaborate with academic and student affairs partners, and develop CRM campaigns to engage prospective students and families effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience using CRM systems (Element 451 preferred).
• Experience with enrollment analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Admissions Counselors, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and evaluations.
• Develop undergraduate and graduate recruitment plans to meet enrollment goals.
• Monitor and report on recruitment data, trends, and counselor metrics.
• Coordinate recruitment events and territory management strategies.
• Counsel prospective students and families on admissions, financial aid, and programs.
• Collaborate with campus partners on CRM campaigns and engagement efforts.
• Represent the college at meetings and events, staying current on enrollment best practices.
• Prepare reports and strategic recommendations on enrollment performance.
