Job summary

North Central College is seeking a Director of Enrollment Operations and CRM to lead the strategic development, optimization, and management of the college’s enrollment technology, data systems, and analytics across undergraduate and graduate programs.

Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Strategy, you will oversee Slate administration, CAS and Colleague integrations, data governance, and a dedicated team to transform complex systems into efficient, scalable workflows that support

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of enrollment operations, CRM systems, and student information systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Slate administration, including Configurable Joins, Rules, Reader, Deliver, portals, data imports, permissions, and workflow automation.
• Proven ability to manage data integrations, governance, integrity, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead Slate system administration and strategic partnership with CRM strategy.
• Design and optimize omnichannel communications and audience segmentation for prospective students and influencers.
• Oversee data integrations across CAS platforms, Slate, Ellucian Colleague, and external vendors.
