Job summary

The University of Texas at Arlington seeks an experienced Director of Enrollment Management Systems Support to lead the administration, optimization, and strategic support of Enrollment Management technologies such as Slate CRM, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, and Perceptive Content.

The role provides leadership to the EMS Support staff, collaborates with OIT and campus stakeholders, and guides configuration, troubleshooting, implementations, upgrades, and process improvements to align technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Higher Education, or related field with 3 years of related experience; OR 7 years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational support for Enrollment Management systems and related technologies.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and professional development for the EMS Support team.
• Oversee system documentation, training resources, testing materials, and knowledge management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
