Job summary

The role supports data entry, residency verification, and transcript handling to inform admission decisions.

The candidate will use CRM platforms, maintain enrollment data across SIS and CRM, and assist with recruitment events and communications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field and two years of experience in an educational environment.
• Experience in admissions, enrollment, or student services.
• Knowledge of BANNER, Target X, Slate; proficiency with CRMs; strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities; data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective students to provide admissions information and guidance on requirements and processes.
• Enter applications into the SIS, verify residency, and evaluate transcripts and test scores for admissions decisions.
• Support CRM communications, data accuracy across SIS and CRM platforms, and coordination with IT/vendor teams for system improvements.
• Assist with recruitment events and provide backend support for enrollment processes.
