Job summary

The position interacts with Student Finance and uses the SIS for detailed notes and follow-up through to matriculation, supporting campus goals and community relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Prior Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students and provide complete and accurate information on programs, outcomes, services and finances.
• Follow up with interviewed and enrolled students through matriculation.
• Maintain knowledge of campus program offerings to ensure accurate information.
• Update the Student Information System with detailed notes after each contact.
