• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and interviews with prospective students.
• Provide accurate information about programs, outcomes, and finances.
• Maintain SIS notes and follow up through matriculation.
• Collaborate with Student Finance and other departments.
