Job summary

San Joaquin Valley College is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to ensure prospective and enrolled students receive timely, accurate information and superior customer service.

The role involves conducting interviews, detailing programs, outcomes, services, and financial considerations, and guiding students through enrollment to matriculation. Strong communication, CRM and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High-volume, fast-paced customer service experience required.
• Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales experience a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students and provide complete information.
• Explain programs, outcomes, student services, and financial considerations for enrollment.
• Follow up with interviewed and enrolled students through to matriculation.
• Update the Student Information System with detailed notes after each contact.
• Collaborate with Student Finance to inform enrollment decisions and next steps.
