Job summary

San Joaquin Valley College Inc. seeks an Enrollment Services Associate to ensure prospective and enrolled students receive timely, accurate information and excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process.

The role involves scheduling and conducting interviews, communicating about programs, outcomes, student services, and finances, and guiding candidates from inquiry to matriculation while working with the Student Finance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales experience a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students and provide complete and accurate information regarding educational programs, outcomes, student services, and financial considerations.
• Maintain compliance with recruitment laws and ethical standards.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and production goals.
• Manage workflows for outreach and follow-up with prospective and enrolled students through matriculation.
• Update the Student Information System with detailed notes after each contact.
• Provide enrollment forecasts and collaborate with the Student Finance team.
