Job summary

Qualifications

• High-volume, fast-paced customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance in recruiting activities and adhere to laws and regulations.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and interviews with prospective students.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and production goals.
• Manage workflows to maintain outreach and follow-up through matriculation.
• Learn program offerings and communicate accurate information to students.
• Partner with Student Finance to provide enrollment information and next steps.
• Update the Student Information System with detailed notes after each contact.
