Job summary

San Joaquin Valley College Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to guide prospective students through the enrollment process in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct interviews, provide accurate program information, and support informed enrollment decisions through matriculation. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a student information system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Experience in admissions, enrollment services, recruiting, or related fields preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; persistent and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach and interviews with prospective students.
• Provide accurate program information and financial considerations.
• Maintain timely follow-up through matriculation.
• Document student contact and manage enrollment workflows in the SIS.
• Collaborate with Student Finance and other departments on next steps.
• Support enrollment forecasts and balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
