Job summary

San Joaquin Valley College Inc. seeks an Enrollment Services Associate to provide timely, accurate information and exceptional customer service to prospective and enrolled students.

You will schedule interviews, explain programs, outcomes, student services and finances, and guide applicants through to matriculation. You will conduct high-volume outreach, coordinate with the Student Finance team, update the SIS with notes, and collaborate across campus to ensure accurate communications and timely

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Prior Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conducts outbound calls and interviews with prospective students to provide program information and assess enrollment suitability.
• Tracks workflows to maintain outreach and follow-up through to matriculation.
• Updates the Student Information System with detailed notes after each contact.
