Job summary

You will conduct interviews, provide program information, and support informed enrollment decisions while maintaining engagement through matriculation. The role requires building relationships, managing a high volume of outreach, and balancing student concerns with enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in admissions, enrollment services, recruiting, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and recruiting standards.
• Conduct high-volume outreach and interviews with prospective students.
• Maintain timely follow-up with prospective and enrolled students through matriculation.
• Meet or exceed performance and enrollment goals while maintaining service standards.
• Document student contact and manage enrollment workflows in the SIS.
