Responsibilities

• 40% Enrollment Counseling: Assist prospective students in understanding academic programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
• 40% Enrollment Support: Collaborate with admissions, financial aid, and student finance teams to streamline applications and ensure accuracy of documents.
• 15% Data Management: Maintain accurate, confidential records and monitor student progress through enrollment processes.
• 5% Other Duties: Perform supervisor-assigned tasks and participate in training; some after-hours and weekend work.
