The ideal candidate has a relevant bachelor's or an associate's with substantial higher education experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across admissions, financial aid, and student services.

Responsibilities

• 40% - Enrollment Counseling: assist prospective students with programs, requirements, and financial aid; provide one-on-one guidance for enrollment.
• 40% - Enrollment Support: coordinate with admissions, financial aid, and student finance to streamline the process; track statuses and provide updates.
• 15% - Data Management: maintain confidential student records; report progress and use analytics for process improvements; support events.
• 5% - Other duties: perform supervisor-assigned tasks and participate in training; some after-hours/weekend work may be required.
