Success Education Colleges is seeking an Admissions Representative to guide prospective students through the admissions process, present programs, and enroll qualified individuals with integrity and in compliance with policies.

Responsibilities include coordinating inquiries, organizing documents, and delivering exceptional service by phone, email, or in person while supporting campus recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous face‑to‑face sales, marketing or customer service experience required.
• Admissions experience in a post‑secondary college or university required or marketing/sales experience of at least 5 years.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Full‑time position.

Responsibilities

• Enrolls and guides prospective students through the admissions process.
• Presents campus and programs to qualified individuals.
• Maintains compliant documentation and records.
• Schedules interviews and follow-ups via phone, email, or text.
• Represents the campus at events and ensures a positive student experience.
• Forecasts new inquiries by program to plan capacity.
• Inputs activities into the database management system.
