Qualifications

• Associate degree required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conducts high-volume outbound calls and interviews with prospective students to provide accurate information about programs.
• Schedules and conducts interviews with prospective students and follows up through matriculation.
• Maintains detailed notes in the Student Information System after each contact and ensures timely enrollment processes.
