Qualifications

• M1: Associate degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• M2: Customer service experience in a professional setting.
• M3: Proficient with personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• M4: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with applications, information and inquiries in Enrollment Services Center.
• Provide superior service via phone, in person, emails, social media, Live Chat, and faxes.
• Greet students and assist in resolving their needs.
• Maintain a professional, flexible environment for multitasking and prioritization.
• Collect and manage documents submitted by customers.
• Maintain knowledge base on admission, financial aid, accounts, and general information.
