Germanna Community College seeks a full-time Call Center Enrollment Support Specialist to join the Enrollment Services team at the Fredericksburg Area Campus. You will be a primary contact for students, employees, and partners, providing accurate enrollment information and guiding them through processes.

You will support access, enrollment, retention, and success by resolving inquiries, serving as an escalation resource, and helping improve customer service and operational efficiency in line

Formación

• Experience in Enrollment Services or related student support in higher education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data management systems, and SIS (PeopleSoft/Banner/Navigate).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with policy interpretation.
• Excellent customer service and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Ability to learn and use multiple technology platforms simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and enrollment support via phone, email, chat, text, and in person.
• Guide students through admissions, onboarding, registration, financial aid, and related processes.
• Conduct outreach and follow-up to support students from inquiry through enrollment.
• Resolve complex inquiries and troubleshoot enrollment barriers.
• Interpret and apply college, VCCS, and state policies to provide guidance.
• Connect students with campus resources and support services.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and student information systems; ensure FERPA compliance.
• Collaborate with campus partners to improve services and student success during peak enrollment.
