You will conduct interviews, provide program information, and support informed enrollment decisions, maintaining engagement through matriculation. The role requires balancing customer service with performance goals and collaborates with Student Finance and other departments to clarify next steps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Experience in admissions, enrollment services, recruiting, inside sales, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach and interviews with prospective students.
• Provide accurate information about programs, outcomes, student services, and financial considerations.
• Manage enrollment workflows in the Student Information System and maintain engagement through matriculation.
