San Joaquin Valley College seeks an Enrollment Services Associate to ensure prospective and enrolled students receive timely, accurate information and excellent customer service. You will promptly schedule and conduct interviews, provide complete program details, and assist students through enrollment while coordinating with the Student Finance team to ensure smooth matriculation.

Excellence in communication and organization is essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Experience in Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students, providing complete and accurate information regarding programs, outcomes, student services and finances.
• Follow up with interviewed and enrolled students through to matriculation.
• Maintain detailed notes in the Student Information System after each contact.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and individual production goals.
• Collaborate with the Student Finance team and departments to guide applicants through enrollment.
