Job summary

Carrington College in California is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to ensure prospective and enrolled students receive timely, accurate information and exceptional service. You will conduct interviews, explain programs, outcomes, and financial considerations, and help students decide if enrollment is right for them.

You will coordinate with the Student Finance team, update records in the SIS, and push candidates through to matriculation.

Qualifications

• High-volume, fast-paced customer service experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree with relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students.
• Provide complete information on programs, outcomes, and finances.
• Follow up with interviewed and enrolled students through matriculation.
• Maintain accurate notes in the student information system.
• Meet performance metrics and enrollment goals.
