Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students, providing complete information on programs, outcomes, services and finances.
• Follow up with interviewed and enrolled students through to matriculation.
• Maintain accurate notes in the Student Information System after contacts.
• Communicate program offerings accurately and escalate to subject matter experts as needed.
• Collaborate with Student Finance and other departments to guide enrollment decisions.
• Achieve performance metrics and enrollment goals.
• Maintain compliance with recruiting laws and Carrington College policies.
• Participate in regular student review meetings and campus activities.
